Delivery:

All your orders, excluding pre-orders, are processed and shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). An email will be sent to you to confirm order processing and shipping. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 working days.

We only ship your orders to France, Belgium, Spain, Italy and UK via tracked mail.

In the case of pre-ordered products, the shipping time will be mentioned on the article page.

Exchanges & refunds:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return it to the following address, remembering to notify us of your return by e-mail beforehand to camillecolette@outlook.fr:
