Delivery is free for purchases of €150 or more in France (excluding overseas departments and territories) and Belgium:

Belgium: €8 via Colissimo home delivery / €6.5 via Colissimo pick-up point / €5 via Mondial Relay

Delivery is free for purchases of €200 or more in Switzerland, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States:

Switzerland, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom: €10 via Colissimo home delivery, free for purchases of €200 or more.

United States: €12 via Colissimo home delivery, free for purchases of €200 or more.

Returns:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our workshop.

In the event of an exchange, the return to the workshop is at your expense; we cover the cost of the new delivery.

You have 14 days to return your order after receipt; after this period, we will not accept it.

This jewelry is made from 14-carat gold-filled from the United States or 925 sterling silver from Europe. All our natural stones and freshwater pearls come from Asia. Our jewelry is hand-assembled in our workshop in Bordeaux.

Each piece of jewelry is made to order within 3 to 5 business days.
