Delivery :

We send orders by Colissimo.

All your orders, excluding pre-orders, are processed and shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). An email will be sent to you to confirm the processing of the order as well as the shipment. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is approximately:

• Delivery via Colissimo in France in 3 to 7 working days
• Delivery via Colissimo in Belgium, Spain, Italy and United Kingdom in 6 to 8 working days

In the case of pre-ordered products, the shipping time will be mentioned on the article page.

 

Prices :

• France: at home or at a relay point via Colissimo for 5.5 euros and free from 120 euros purchase.
• Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and Belgium: at home via colissimo for 10 euros and free from 120 euros purchase.

Exchanges & refunds:

In application of the article of the code L.121-20-12 of the code of the consumption, the purchaser has a period of fourteen days to return at his expense the articles which do not suit him, against reimbursement. This period starts from the day of receipt of the order.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return it for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Any item that appears to have been worn or damaged will be refused. For hygiene reasons, the earrings are neither taken back nor exchanged.

You must return your item in the bubble envelope used for sending, to the following address with the return label sent by our customer service.

Upon receipt of your order we will refund or exchange your item.

Refunds are made within 15 days from the date on which the return was received and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
